troubleshooting checklist
Before you call us to repair your back boiler unit, please check the following:- The main electrical supply to your heating is turned on.
- The time switch for the heating or hot water is turned on.
- All thermostats are sufficiently turned up.
- The gas supply to your property is turned on and there is credit on your gas card if you have one.
